Join our team as a SENIOR BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST!
Be our next Road Runner Sports SENIOR BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for turning data into knowledge, helping leadership and business users better understand performance, customer behavior and support strategic and tactical decisions to improve outcomes UTILIZING DOMO. You will be a senior level expert to architect and develop reporting and dashboard solutions using Domo. You will drive solutions which will require bringing together enterprise-wide data from multiple data sources, creating visualizations, and using analytics techniques to solve and support complex business problems. You will fulfil information requests for day-to-day analytics needs as well as provide decision support to all levels of the user community.

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
- Deliver and automate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting; design and build informative dashboards for a variety of business use cases IN DOMO
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time issues
- Connect Domo to a wide range of data sources
- Design, build, test, and maintain reports and dashboards and identify potential improvements to existing business intelligence, reporting and data analysis
- Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements
- Validate data delivered to user community
- Work closely with other BI and IT teams to maintain an accurate and efficient reporting ecosystem
- Optimize Domo data-flows reporting availability times
- Ensure compliance with Company data and software policies and procedures
- Monitor software systems to ensure reliability and accuracy of information loaded into the databases
- Conduct complex, important work under minimal supervision and with wide latitude for independent judgment
ARE YOU READY TO RUN WITH US? LET’S SEE IF YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, analytics, math, statistics or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics role with a strong focus on delivering insights and recommendations, creating data visualizations and building analytics capabilities to support business needs
- Experience with Domo is a must
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL (Preferred)
- Experience with Google Analytics (Preferred)
- MS Access and VBA (Preferred)
