We're setting up our own factory in Dhaka, Bangladesh to manufacture some of our shirts and suits.

We're looking for someone who would be based out of our HQ in San Francisco but would travel substantially to the factory in Bangladesh. You'll be managing the process of developing new products and sourcing new vendors.

Example projects: start making custom jeans, find new mills for shirt fabric, change the factories' cutting procedure to improve fabric yield

We don't expect you to have clothing or supply chain experience!

This role requires willingness to spend ~2 weeks a month in Dhaka. Additionally, you'll need to be organized and a good communicator.

You'll be reporting directly to MTailor's CEO and will receive stock equity in addition to your salary.

MTailor sells men’s custom clothing (shirts, suits and jeans) by measuring you with your phone's camera. MTailor’s computer vision technology is 20% more accurate than a professional tailor. Custom shirts start at $69, custom suits at $499 and custom jeans at $79.

To help us innovate on price, speed of delivery, quality and new product development, we have established our own factory and operations in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
