Clothes Mentor is a women’s resale store selling clothing, handbags, and accessories located in South Asheville. We pay our customers cash (or store credit) for their clothing and sell it in store and on our website: ashevillenc.clothesmentor.com

The ideal candidate is a high energy, self motivated person with a passion for women’s fashion. Prior retail experience and brand knowledge is a plus. There is opportunity to move up to a keyholder or buyer position with proficient understanding of store operations.

Responsibilities

Customer service - checking in/out buys, POS sales, greetings, opening fitting rooms, supervising interactions with luxury items or jewelry in the case, returning items to their rightful spot, etc.

Maintaining store appearance - straightening and organizing racks correctly by color, size, and style

Multi-tasking - stay alert and prioritize tasks appropriately; able to understand which things need immediate attention

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds to move backstock clothing and bins, long periods of standing

Communication and interpersonal skills

Must have some weekend availability

Compatibility with store schedule - open Sunday 11 - 6 and Monday - Saturday 10 - 7
