Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Porter to join our team. The Sales Porter plays a key role in maintaining the appearance and organization of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customer viewing. This position supports the sales team by providing a professional and welcoming environment for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot, showroom, and surrounding areas
• Wash, dry, and detail vehicles for display and delivery
• Move vehicles safely around the lot and showroom as needed
• Ensure all vehicles are properly parked, labeled, and aligned for optimal presentation
• Monitor inventory and report any vehicle damage or issues
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and transfers between locations
• Keep entrances, walkways, and customer areas clean and hazard-free
• Support the sales team with miscellaneous tasks as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in varying weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in automotive or lot attendant roles is preferred but not required.

Required:

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

Additional Information

(The Lot Porter has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $21.00.)

Schedule:

• Full Time
• Monday through Sunday availability
• Friday through Sunday availability required
