7‑Eleven Sales Associate – Second Shift Weekends Availability is a MUST Location: Virginia Beach, VA Shifts Available: • Second Shift: 4 PM – 12 PM

About the Role We’re looking for dependable, customer‑focused Sales Associates to join our team at 7‑Eleven. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, providing excellent service, and keeping the store running smoothly during evening and overnight hours. Key Responsibilities • Greet customers warmly and provide fast, friendly service • Operate the POS system accurately for sales, returns, and lottery transactions • Maintain store cleanliness, including counters, restrooms, coffee bar, and sales floor • Stock shelves, coolers, and foodservice areas throughout the shift • Prepare and maintain fresh food items (hot foods, bakery, grill, etc.) • Receive and organize deliveries as needed • Monitor store safety and follow all 7‑Eleven policies and procedures • Complete shift checklists, cleaning tasks, and nightly closing routines • Assist with inventory counts and shrink control • Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all customers Qualifications • Must be at least 18 years old • Previous retail or convenience store experience preferred but not required • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs during the shift • Comfortable working independently during slower overnight hours • Strong communication and customer service skills • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures consistently • Must be able to pass a background check (if required)
