Qualifications
Preferred:
- At least 2-5 years of automotive dealership sales experience.
- Honda brand experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
- Minimum 2 years of success in commission-based sales within a client-focused, consultative environment.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive market.
- Strong ability to build lasting client relationships through professionalism and personalized service.
- Skilled in consultative sales techniques, including needs assessment, tailored presentations, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.
Required:
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.
Additional Information
Compensation:
- $50,000 to $200,000 +
- Meeting and exceeding sales and company goals
- Draw plus commission
Schedule:
- Full Time
- Friday and Saturday availability required
- Closed on Sundays
