    Job Description

    The vehicle salesperson is responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up.

    • Prospect, qualify, and convert new and returning customers into vehicle buyers
    • Deliver a consultative sales experience focused on customer needs and retention
    • Close retail vehicle deals to meet/exceed gross profit and volume targets
    • Manage follow-up, finance referrals, and post-sale customer satisfaction
    • Maintain accurate CRM records and comply with dealership processes and compliance
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in a quota-driven sales role.
    • Must be open to working weekends.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Enthusiasm for automobiles and a genuine interest in helping customers.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
    • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
    • All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license.
