THE JOB DETAILS

Our Sandwich Makers are responsible for prepping, and assembling a variety of sandwiches and salads.

Sandwich & Salad Excellence

Craft a variety of sandwiches and salads

Make dressings and sauces for prepared items

Food & Beverage Support

Refill and organize all sandwich and salad displays

Complete various reports such as production, usage, and waste

Order product and materials, as necessary

Workspace Environment

Prepare all needed materials and ingredients

Receive, stock, & store food in designated storage areas

Clean, organize & maintain work areas and equipment

Support team members, where needed

NOTE: This role typically requires early morning availability (shifts range from 4am - 7am start times)

WHAT YOU NEED

Previous experience in food service, cafes, and/or bakeries

Basic knowledge of food preparation and knife handling

Food safety and labeling knowledge

Knowledge of food production process, sanitation, and quality control processes

Weekday, weekend, and/or holiday availability

Food Handler’s Certificate preferred

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in units of measurement

Ability to prioritize and follow directions

Integrity, efficiency, and dependability

Ability to lift 25 lbs
