About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches, ensuring quality and presentation.

Maintain a clean and organized work station in compliance with food safety standards.

Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.

Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and taking orders.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Participate in daily prep work and special menu items as needed.

Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to minimize waste.

Stay updated on menu offerings and promote new items to customers.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or food service environment preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Passion for food and a desire to create exceptional customer experiences.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid food handler's permit.
