Part Time Customer Service Associate Scot Shop Thrift Shop - Dunedin, FL $8.25 - $9.00 an hour - Part-time The Scot Shop is the resale shop operated by the Junior League of Clearwater Dunedin. The shop is located at 1265 Bay Shore Blvd. We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from providing exceptional customer service to closing sales. This position is a part time position working 10-25 hours per week. Responsibilities: * Meeting and making a connection with customers, asking questions and listening to shoppers' needs, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs * Ensuring that fitting rooms are ready for customers by promptly clearing our merchandise and returning it to the proper area of the selling floor * Maintaining selling floor presentations, and restocking them as needed * Be knowledgeable of and perform sales support functions including daily deposit * Process inventory from donations * Maintain good housekeeping standards * Perform other duties as assigned * Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality Qualifications: * Must be 21 years old * Minimum of 2 years experience handling customer service functions within the same company. * Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. * Must have flexibility in schedule and be willing and able to work all shifts including evenings, weekends. * High School Diploma or G.E.D.
