(P) Position Summary Responsible for forecasting, budgeting, analytics, and reporting for Sephoras Business Planning and Analysis (BP&A) team, with a focus on Information Technology (P) Position Responsibilities -Partner with key stakeholders to produce the annual budget, strategic plan, biannual forecasts and monthly reporting/analytical support -Prepare weekly and monthly IT reporting, looking in depth to all material variances -Help IT leaders understand their Financial YTD/YTG Budgets -Prepare ROI financial models to support Capex Initiatives -Prepare Monthly KPI Reports for CIO -Manage Capex Budget, Tracking Actuals/YTG Spend, updating Go Live Dates -Support Capital Management budget including forms processing, and project tracking and process improvement -Support monthly close process, ensuring completeness of accruals, researching variance explanations, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement -Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of the strategies, business issues, risks and profitability opportunities (P) (P) Skills and Experience Requirements -Minimum of Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field -Minimum 2-3 years of related business experience, ideally with proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close activities (basic accounting knowledge required) -Dynamic, independent, creative and highly motivated person who works well as a team member with non-financial personnel and is comfortable working with senior level management -Thrives on an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented -Contributes new ideas and finds solutions to business challenges in operations and finance -Proven ability to interpret and synthesize data into intelligent business decisions -Must be detail-oriented, with strong organizational and task management skills -Clear and concise written, verbal, and presentation skills -Advanced expertise with Excel applications (interactive excel, macros) -Experience with SAP preferred and experience with BPC a plus (P) Youll love working here because: -The people.
