This position will support the needs of various master data and marketing teams at Sherwin by:**** · Responsible for enriching and classifying products within Stibo via web portals and workflows for syndication to multiple internal and external systems including WebSphere commerce and digital catalogs. · Reviewing the current data being used by S-W business needs and identify (where necessary) any gaps, discrepancies etc. and the opportunities to further improve the quality of S-W master data. · Support the MDM team in identifying additional data, taxonomy, and attribution to support business requirements · Coordinate product data, information and content optimization and delivery approaches within all digital customer experiences, tools and applications to ensure availability of accurate and consistent information across customer touch points, devices and platforms to connect with customers whenever and wherever they choose. · Coordinating efforts across marketing and the MDM team to load assets and meta data into our DAM. · Taking part in master data quality improvement activities through analysis and subsequent remediation of data quality issues Our Master Data Management intern can expect to gain a wealth of experience in the various aspects of marketing and master data management by being exposed to MDM initiatives needed to support S-Ws ever growing data needs. The intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will also be exposed to various MDM 3rd party tools, applications and solutions.**** Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Support ongoing data analysis efforts identify ways to improve our master data · Verify availability of regulatory information and legal compliance of product trademarks, product information/data and assets · Support the Marketing and MDM teams on special projects as assigned. · Gather requirements from other S-W teams as assigned · All other duties as assigned.
