Digital Marketing Specialist CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS *
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, partner with Sherwin
Williams Sales & Channel Teams and Retailer partners to deliver
consistent, brand experiences and communications to the relevant
community of consumers. * Serve as a conduit for Sherwin Williams and
Retailer teams in executing a digital strategy in their marketing
efforts and help them evaluate the relevance of a digital strategy to
their business. * Facilitate the delivery of an integrated digital
approach to marketing strategy, web products, and creative design. *
Monitor metrics to measure success, effectiveness and identify
opportunities for optimization. MAJOR TASKS PERFORMED BY THIS POSITION
UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE DIRECTOR, DIGITAL
MARKETING AND WORKING WITH OTHER GROUP/DIVISION PERSONNEL: * Digital
Strategy * Attend digital strategy sessions * Serve as a digital
consultant to SW Channel & Sales teams and Retailer partner. * Planning
- Coordinate and drive digital kick-offs between Sherwin Williams and
Retail partner * Project Management * Coordinate all digital activities
including implementation, testing and quality assurance to ensure
complete project is delivered * In collaboration with internal Sherwin
Williams resources and Retail partners, track project progress against
deadlines * Report to Manage Digital Marketing Manager to ensure
identification of variances in timelines, scopes & budgets * Analytics &
Optimization * Monitor, in conjunction with Retailer partner, website,
social media, mobile applications and campaign analytics. * Provide
digital recommendations based on reporting output from analytics to
improve digital properties, such as websites, mobile applications,
social media and display advertising. Education Required: *
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
Experience Required: * 2+ years of digital marketing experience
with experience in a field-facing role (Retail category experience
preferred) * Areas of familiarity include online media & video, social
media, SEM/SEO, Web/Mobile Development, Data/Programmatic Media,
Measurement and Analytics. * Experience in forging insights from large
data sets * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Excellent
organizational and analytical skills with strong blend of business and
