The Spa Operations Coordinator will be responsible for driving sales in the Spa division, through the support of Spa Accounts and Account Executives. The Spa Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing direct support to customers and performing necessary business operational functions. The Spa Operations Coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with the Spa team and cross functional partner. Responsibilities: * Provide operational and customer service support to 250 to 500+ Spa accounts * Provide Sales Field support to 7 to 9 Account Executives * Enter, process, and track customer orders * Answer inbound calls, by thoroughly responding to customers' needs * Support full cycle new account process by welcoming New Accounts, processing new account opening order and follow through new account on tracking updates and answering questions for first order * Support customers in their use of Pro Spot, an online ordering website to include training, trouble shooting and monitoring. * Partners with Promotional Launch Specialist on graphics and signage * Respond to inquiries about contracts, product availability, pricing, order tracking, and billing, placing orders, complaints, props and new launches. * Proactively address problems and identify areas for improvement with Spa Ops Team Lead * Notify customers about deals and promotions * Assist Team Lead with special projects * Maintain record keep of promotional orders, IT tickets, signage requests, prospect tracker, error log, and new launches * Responsible for sending out the daily sales log, out of stock bulletin and newness tracker to Spa Team. Requirements: * Bachelors degree preferred * Minimum of 2 years experience in corporate sales setting * 2+ years of experience required in one of the following areas: cosmetics or retail industry, sales/account management, or merchandising * Excellent project management skills * Must be detail oriented and accurate * Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint * Must possess strong management, interpersonal and organization skills * Strong analytical skill the individual must be able to not only review but interpret detailed data to draw business conclusions identify opportunities * Dynamic, passionate personality with confidence to perform with high standards * Must exhibit excellent communication & presentation skills * Strong attention to detail to maintain budgets Must be able to perform essential functions (with or without an accommodation) without posing a "direct threat" to self or others.
