Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Works at front counter to assist internal, retail and wholesale customers.
2. Looks up parts requests via electronic parts catalog and provides pricing and availability information.
3. Submit special orders for non-stocked parts.
4. Pulls and stages parts for our repair shop repair orders.
5. Answers phones and assist with parts inquires
6. Follow-up on outstanding orders until 100% complete and filled.
7. Keep area neat, clean and organized.
8. Handle other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

_ Required Qualifications:_

• 1+ years of experience as a Parts Counterperson
• Customer Service/Phone communication capabilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver’s license.
