    Job Description

    ** JOB DUTIES:**

    • Responsible for managing the lease and loan portfolio.
    • Holds sales teammates accountable for outreach to portfolio customers and follows up to ensure communication is made at specific touch points.
    • Tracks overall portfolio outreach and outcomes, including new vehicle purchases, vehicle orders, lease buy outs and lost customers.
    • Ensures Audi loyalty targets are met and exceeded.
    • Assists in managing the service drive buyer to convert service customers to sales.
    • Works with Automotive Mastermind platform and facilitates outreach as needed.
    • Point person for all reporting and portfolio management.
    • Assists with communication between the dealership and centralized BDC (guest experience center).
    • Assists management team with traffic management related duties including confirming appointments, following up with unsold customers, compiling traffic management related reporting, spot checking and coaching internet lead handling and listening to and coaching sales call handling.

    • Dealership experience required.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience managing , training, and holding people accountable.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Technically savvy, including having experience with a customer CRM and Microsoft Excel and other office products.
    • Solid track record of customer satisfaction.
    • Detail oriented and task driven.

    The eSales Agent is responsible for generating sales appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet to purchase new and/or pre-owned vehicles. The eSales Agent delivers a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner. This highly accountable position uses lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest. The eSales Agent will be trained to understand all products and services offered, will become knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing and incentive programs.
