Job Description

The Service Booker will review and book warranty and customer pay orders and be responsible for ensuring compliance with all warranty and repair orders, including rental. The booker works closely with warranty administrator. This job involves multi-tasking, working in a fast-paced environment, and understanding complex legal guarantees.

*The position is full time with a set schedule:

Monday to Friday:

10:00 Am to 7:00pm

AND

Every third Saturday 9-4pm

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Book warranty and customer repair orders
• Review repair orders for warranty compliance
• Bill Rental on repair orders
• Review warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance
• Work effectively with Warranty Administrator
• Communicate with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding warranty claims
• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including documentation and correspondence
• Coordinate with service technicians to gather necessary information for warranty claims
• Assist in resolving any warranty claim disputes or issues
• Provide support and guidance to customers regarding warranty coverage and claim process
• Verify criteria required by factory or distributor

Qualifications

· **** Must have with experience with large volumes of shipments and parts warehouse knowledge. ****

· All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
