Responsibilities: Quickly learn IT business functions and employ processes, templates and tools to assist in delivering services to World Wide Studios (WWS). Enhance system to manage IT related data and reports. Ensure all IT data is documented, showing data element, source for capture, business logic, ETL, system of record for data, dictionary, etc. Provide an up-to-date index of all IT standard reports. Produce and distribute IT reports to assist in service management (ROI, demand plans, capacity reports, service delivery, change and release management, new service introduction, satisfaction surveys, etc.) Work with DW team and others as needed to define data roadmaps for IT. Work with leadership and engineering teams to capture data requirements for new systems currently in development. Qualifications: Strong ability to analyze and represent information in various ways to support analysis and decision making in alignment with business objectives General Internet and PC knowledge (Microsoft Office, etc.) Ability to quickly understand business objectives, services, processes, tools and technologies Critical and analytical thinker Database concepts (tables, queries, columns, etc.) SQL Data modeling Experience with a data visualization tool (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) Sony is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
