  • Responsibilities

    Leverage technology, reporting, and investigative skills to respond to requests, initiate and resolve cases, and support a safe and secure culture. Collect, analyze and share intelligence to support the Stores, Stores Investigations, Special Investigations and other Business Partners in loss reduction, incident response, training, and protecting reputation.  Foster relationships with AP team members and collaborate to resolve issues impacting AP priorities.

    • Initiate and support store-level internal and external theft and fraud through real-time monitoring and case-building
    • Support Stores, Stores Investigations, and Special Investigations by providing timely, actionable intelligence, support and responding to requests
    • Leverage the intelligence cycle to identify theft and fraud activity and trends
    • Collect all relevant information and communicate quality intelligence to key partners
    • Report safety and security incidents in a timely manner and deliver training and troubleshooting on Target Video Solutions
    • Follow company procedures as it relates to AP process best practices, AP Directives, and handling confidential information

    REQUIREMENTS

    • High School degree or equivalent and 18 years of age or older
    • Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Proven ability to work with highly confidential information and team player
    • Knowledge of Assets Protection, including internal investigations
    • Demonstrated ability of basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Intranet systems, CCTV systems, etc.)
