This person is the glue that holds us all together and keeps things running smoothly. The role serves as the subject matter expert on all TA processes and systems and works closely with cross functional teams to make things happen. In a typical day you will be problem solving issues for recruiters, working with vendors on invoices, supporting one of our many projects, and working with the team on process enhancements to make things run smoother. Responsibilities: How youll make an impact: * Responsible for our end to end Associate Referral program, including driving engagement of the program, communication, problem resolution and payment to associates. * Manage all relationships with job sourcing vendors, assist with the creation of new contracts/agreements and set up recruiters in appropriate tools. * Manage weekly meetings with RPO team that support our administrative processes (Recruitment Coordinators). Serve as the subject matter expert on TA processes and assist with all issues including offer letter changes, job board posting issues, background checks and recruiter requests. Recommend solutions to enhance the program. * Serve as primary contact for all TA system and operational issues. Respond to issues and questions from internal TA Operations inbox, business partners, RPO partner and associates. Is the subject matter expert on all TA processes and the liaison between the HR Technology team and others for any system issues. * Manages Vendor invoicing and credit card and expenses. Responsible for Vendor set- up requirements in procure to pay system (Coupa) in partnership with A/P. Tracks expenses to ensure payments are in-line with budget. * Responsible for onboarding process for all new RPO contractors as well as extending all contractors every 90-days and terminating access whenever necessary * Create and maintain all level 39+ offer letters. Assist with verbiage/template changes for all levels. Innovation and Change * Creates and maintains process documentation within recruiting.
