    Job Description

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    Stitch Fix is seeking a talented INVESTOR RELATIONS MANAGER to join our dynamic Finance team, reporting directly to the VP of Investor Relations. You will support and participate in all aspects of Investor Relations, including contributing to quarterly investor work-streams, conducting investor-focused analyses, developing investor messaging, and executing investor events. You will also develop collaborative relationships across our company to gain a deep understanding of the facets of Stitch Fix's business, and the facts, details, and trends that are relevant to the investment community. In addition, you will work closely with the VP of Investor Relations to foster strong external relationships with the investment community and successfully communicate Stitch Fix's financial and strategic objectives.

    • Support executives and the VP of Investor Relations in building relationships with investors and analysts, communicating the company's story and answering questions 
    • Develop and maintain robust understanding of key business drivers and metrics                                                                                       
    • Have a passion for building our IR practice, help craft our public narrative, propose new disclosures, and have a strong understanding of the competitive landscape
    • Coordinate and support the the quarterly earnings process; assist in the creation of press releases, speaker scripts, and presentation materials
    • Manage investor meetings and conference presentations, including logistics, background materials and the preparation of senior executives
    • Collect and analyze sell side estimates and maintain consensus model 
    • Respond to investor inquiries and log interactions with investors
    • Maintain the investor relations section of the website and manage other IR service provider relationships
    • Monitor and distribute peer group research; follow industry, competitor and customer developments and news flow, including earnings calls and analyst days, and communicate key takeaways to management 
    • Work with corporate communications to develop and disseminate internal and external messaging of financial results, product announcements, and other corporate developments 
    • Prepare materials for Board of Directors and other internal audiences on investor relations activities, share ownership, and valuation as required 
    • Travel with senior executives as needed to investor conferences and meetings

    • You have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and 5+ years of experience in investor relations and/or equity analysis at an investment bank or asset management firm
    • You possess superb written and verbal communication skills 
    • You are successful in building cross-functional relationships
    • You have the ability to synthesize and explain complex topics in a clear, simple, and concise manner
    • You enjoy financial modeling and equity valuation skills and have a strong command of Excel 
    • You are energized by interacting with external investors and Wall Street constituents
    • You are a detail-oriented multi-tasker who enjoys thinking critically to proactively problem solve 
    • You are mature, confident and comfortable interacting with a senior executive leadership team and board
    • You have strong personal integrity with the highest ethical standards 
    • You have an understanding of Reg FD and other SEC disclosure rules and regulations 
    • You are able to maintain confidentiality and exercise judgment and discretion 
    • Above all else, you are bright, kind and motivated by challenge
