Overview:

As an Industrial Engineering Intern you will work at the Kohl's Corporate Office (a corporate position in Milwaukee, WI) or an eFulfillment Center (a field position, either in Plainfield, IN or Etna, Ohio or Monroe, OH). Both roles will offer an opportunity to gain experience in a live retail supply chain environment.

• Lead a project from analysis to recommendations and implementation plans culminating in a final presentation to senior Supply Chain leaders
• Work as an integral part of the Logistics Industrial Engineering (IE) team
• Projects range from automation technology assessments, process improvements, labor standards development
• Partner with your mentor and operations teams across the Logistics network and interface with external automation & robotics vendors
