As a Supply Chain Intern at Kohl’s, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the supply chain network. What You’ll Do
● Lead a Strategic Logistics Project: Spearhead a high-impact initiative focused on improving the speed, cost-efficiency, and quality of Kohl’s e-commerce fulfillment operations.
● Perform In-Depth Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities. Conduct ROI assessments to support the business case for new logistics strategies and future initiatives.
● Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with corporate and field-based logistics teams to align project goals, share insights, and ensure smooth execution. Use data-driven approaches to inform cross-functional decision-making.
● Drive Continuous Improvement: Engage in hands-on problem-solving to identify process enhancements and drive innovation in fulfillment and logistics workflows.
