As a part of the broader Human Resources Talent Acquisition (TA) team you will be working cross functionally to support all aspects of TA including but not limited to university relations, corporate recruitment, field recruitment, onboarding and overall candidate care.
We are a full life-cycle recruitment team who are responsible for the growth and acceleration of all Signet banners. Are you ready to join us?

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with University Relations events and marketing
• Lead your fellow interns and peers in social activities and open communications
• Campus Brand Ambassador - helping us promote Signet on campus (in-person and virtually)
• Screening candidates across multiple requisitions
• Scheduling of Interviews
• Assisting in New Hire Orientation
• Help develop communications and overall candidate care, ensuring all new team members have a positive candidate experience

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled and pursing a degree in human resources, psychology, communications or similar field
• Anticipated graduation date of December 2024 - May 2025
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Social Media Guru who isn’t afraid to share their knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Work Environment:

• Part-time summer intern (20 hours/week) for 12 weeks.
• Open to remote employees but we would love to see you in the office (Akron, OH or Dallas, TX)

The salary range for this opportunity is $18.00-$19.50/hour . Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
