GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will leverage your technical expertise to assist the senior sales team in identifying customer needs and providing robust technical support. You will work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and propose innovative solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys problem-solving and building relationships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist senior sales managers in identifying customer needs.

· Provide technical support to clients and the sales team.

· Understand and propose solutions that meet customer leather needs.

· Collaborate with the development team to ensure product compatibility.

· Spearhead the ownership of miscellaneous sales project for upgraded miscellaneous leathers.

· Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors.

· Participate in technical training sessions and product development teams.

· Track and report on sales performance metrics.

· Provide post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.

· 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or a combination of education and experience
