    Job Description

    • Help deliver strong selling performance and achievement of growth targets through coordination of well-conceived merchandising strategies.
    • Provide input based on historical results, competitive retail and ecommerce trends
    • Help develops compelling merchandising stories and test merchandising strategies.
    • Participate in the selection of product featured for high-level site placements based on performance and customer mindset. This includes home page features, marketing emails and online advertising units across ecommerce sales channels.
    • Make recommendations to optimize site navigation and product page templates based on site metrics and industry best practices.
    • Help measure and assess category performance and implement changes in item mix / pricing
    • Effectively communicate learnings, strategic, and tactical merchandising plans across the Marketing team to insure all channels benefit from this information.
    • Maintain deep knowledge of competitive merchandising landscape and regularly communicates trends to the Marketing team.
    • Capture web specific key trends that will drive demand for particular categories and styles and regularly communicate learning to the Marketing team.
    • Assist in developing merchandising strategy related to product needs by category, occasion and holiday across all sales channels.
    • Manage reporting and analytics related to site merchandising and communicate across the Marketing team.
    • Develops in season, holiday and post-holiday reporting and recommendations.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years web merchandising experience.
    • BA degree in Marketing or related field.
    • Deep understanding of the retail marketplace; ability to identify and assess competitive environment.
    • Fluent in retail math, ability to analyze business health.
    • Demonstrated problem solving skills, strategic thinker.
    • Proven track record demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Expert in multi-tasking; able to prioritize and work under pressure.
    • Highly organized with careful attention to detail.
    • Ability to work and influence cross-functionally.
    • Expert Excel and Power Point skills
    • Familiarity with online reporting tools; Omniture, Google Analytics.
    • COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption
