Efficiently supporting your Coworkers with products to guarantee a successful day to day operation will occupy most of your work day. From cleaning and stocking to inspection and quality assurance, your energy and attention-to-detail will ensure guests are refreshed, revitalizing them in their recess from our bustling urban playground. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: * Maintains mini bar Storage in a neat and organized manner including removing trash. * Constantly maintains product inventory count reports so that no product is ever out of stock and customer fulfillment rates remain high. * Operates indoor on heavy duty forklifts, and other necessary vehicles and equipment, to properly handle materials being received, issued, stocked, and picked. * Provides other departments with forklift operations as needed. * Provides radio-dispatched delivery of product to Minibar Attendant. * Maintains an inventory management system. * Serving guests via HotSOS requests in a timely manner as set by department. * Accepts, stores and issues product and other items from the warehouse and other storage facilities.

• Receives and counts items, packs and unpacks items, verifies inventory, stores items in an orderly fashion. * Confirms that delivered goods match purchase order specifications of quantity, condition, model number, etc. * Marks stock items to insure "First-in-First-out" procedure. * Cleans and maintains supplies. * Examines stock items for defects. * Stock shelves with unpacked items. * Notifies Manager and/or Security of all unusual events or circumstances, missing items, alleged thefts, and safety hazards. * Provides exceptional guest service that differentiates us from the competition. * Has knowledge of services provided by hotel including but not limited to dining and nightlife. * Adheres to established grooming and appearance standards, including maintaining a clean and well-maintained uniform. * Resolves small technical or non-technical issues in the office environment, such as changing toner cartridges, setting up projector, hand-scan operation etc. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: * At least 1 year experience in housekeeping or retail stock in a high volume, fast paced environment. * At least 6 months of Mini Bar experience. * At least 21 years of age. * Good communication skills. * Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English. * Skilled, proactive communicator in all formats/channels (phone, email, face to face), ensuring an effective response delivered in an appropriate manner. * Competence in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint to multi-task and maintain order in a multitude of situations look. * Discretion and confidentiality are key in this position. * Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, and memos. * Ability to perform basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division and multiplication. * Ability to work push-to-talk radio and use it to create requests. * Good computer skills. Preferred: * Working knowledge of HotSOS. * High School diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience working in a similar luxury resort setting.
