    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

    Success is always in style at the TJX Companies! Ideal candidates will join us from all walks of life and many different backgrounds. Utilize your leadership and operational talents to be a part of a collaborative team working towards executing, delivering, and achieving business goals and objectives. After an in-depth and personalized training period you will be involved and accountable for the following:

     

    • Liaison and problem solver between Distribution Center (DC) Operations & Corporate Merchandising Depts.
    • Communicate information regarding product inflowing to the Distribution center to internal DC Merchandise Control Management and Corporate Home Office Management Associates.
    • Oversees the production of priority merchandise with specific store delivery timelines to ensure the right product, gets to the right location, at the right time in accordance to HO communication and deadlines.
    • Monitors and audits internal computer system (SCAN) to ensure product information is logged accurately
    • Send samples and pictures of product to Home Office Corporate planning teams
    • Manages the merchandise return to vender process
    • Maintains all necessary files for the Merchandising Department.
    • Special projects as assigned.

     

    THE SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software with a focus on Word and Excel
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to be flexible and adjust to priority updates
    • Apparel/retail management experience is a major plus
    • FASHION/MERCHANDISING EDUCATION OR BUSINESS/MANAGEMENT EDUCATION PREFERRED

     

    SCHEDULE:

     

        Full Time: Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 6:45AM -7:15PM

          36 Hour Schedule/ Comepensated for 40 Hours!
