ENERGY MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR

MARLBOROUGH, MA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responds to calls from Store Managers regarding lighting, temperature and environmental issues
• Determines the appropriate response and makes necessary adjustments and/or dispatches service technicians
• Follows up with Store Management to ensure satisfaction
• Documents all maintenance details into the Vendor Management System (VMS)
• Administers the Energy Management maintenance program
• Provides basic EMS troubleshooting guidance to field technicians
• Follows up with Store Management to ensure satisfaction
• Additional Projects as assigned

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong attention to detail, solid problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, meeting all necessary deadlines
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Basic technical knowledge of EMS/HVAC and Lighting Technologies
• 2+ years exp. in similar position
• Retail experience is a plus
