Web Content Specialist Internet/E-Commerce City of Industry, California Description Join the fastest growing plus size fashion retailer in the nation! Our Web Content Specialist will deliver content, organize product and present promotions to drive revenue, increase conversion, and channel loyalty. You'll focus on the development and maintenance of the website, with a focus on quality assurance and flawless execution. You'll use web analytics, testing tools and voice of the customer to guide improvements, increase engagement and drive conversion on Torrid's digital properties. The position reports to the Ecommerce Operations Manager. What You'll Do * Responsible for product and promotions, promo codes and source codes to drive revenue * Acts as liaison between cross functional teams as it relates to campaign and promotion management * Troubleshoot issues related to promotion set up, product information and navigation while working to solve issues in a timely manner * Assist with daily QA duties, ensuring website content and promotions are aligned with the marketing calendar * Ensure consistency of user experience on all devices (mobile, tablet and desktop) in conjunction with style guides and best practices * Monitor the product selection, pricing and positioning of competitor websites and recommend plans to improve the competitive position * Assists in the maintenance and implementation of SEO strategies * Performs other job duties as assigned What You'll Need * Bachelors Degree required * 2- 4 years Ecommerce merchandising experience, project and/or production management * Online retail experience required * Understanding of and familiarity with key digital trends, usability concepts, and online best practices * Familiarity with content management tools, tag management, website analytics and reporting; experience with Salesfore / Demandware a big plus * Outstanding analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail * Basic knowledge of HTML CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop, Dreamweaver a plus * Proficient in all MS Office applications. * Illustrates a dedication to meeting requirements of internal and external customers, responding to all customer requests promptly and thoroughly * Enthusiasm and awareness regarding fashion and industry trends What You'll Get * Our open floor plan allows for a creative, collaborative and fun environment * A competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k and paid time off * Access to the Daily Grind coffee shop * Generous employee discount, access to employee-only sales, café, weekly on-site physician, chiropractor, masseuse, gym, fitness and yoga classes, basketball court and more
