Your impact Triad Retail Media is seeking a Programmatic Media Buyer to join the Programmatic Operations team. The Programmatic Operations team consists of sell-side and buy-side technology experts who partner with the Triad sales teams to maximize revenue for our retail partners. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your media buying expertise to drive maximum performance primarily for audience extension campaigns. This Programmatic Media Buyer position will be responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns within Triads DSPs of record. Candidates should be familiar with the media planning and buying process as well as using first party data for targeting. Excellent project management, technical and communication skills, and attention to detail are a must. You will * Contribute to the development and operations of the Programmatic Operations team. * Traffic and execute audience extension and other programmatic campaigns in demand side platforms spanning multiple media channels. * Monitor campaign delivery and optimize performance against clients goals. * Provide various analytical and status reports using web-based reporting tools. * Assist in the evaluation of new tools, opportunities or enhancements for integration efforts to improve Triads product offerings. * Participate in developing training for new team members and for other Triad teams. * Represent Triad at industry conferences and events. * Closely monitor marketplace trends to surface new opportunities for growth, present findings to internal stakeholders and recommend action. You have * Must possess a BS/BA degree * 2+ years media buying experience, preferably digital/programmatic utilizing DSPs such as MediaMath, AppNexus, DBM and TubeMogul. * Strong background in digital media, campaign management and direct response practices. * Familiarity with advertising technologies on the buy-side of the online ad landscape including survey, data collection, verification, behavioral targeting, cookie matching and exchanges. * Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations * Outstanding customer service, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills. * Self-starter that thrives in a role that requires independent thinking. * Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage simultaneous tasks in an extremely fast-paced environment with dynamic responsibilities and priorities. 3 hours ago - save job - original job Apply On Company Site
