The paralegal will support Trophy Automotive Dealer Groups Legal Department in various capacities, including maintenance of files, assisting with responses to subpoenas and pre-litigation and discovery responses, supporting transactional work, and reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts. The Paralegal will also assist with legal compliance and case management. Position Requirements Education: Bachelors Degree and Paralegal Certificate Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years experience, preferably working with automotive industry clients in either an in-house or law firm setting. Experience providing support in contract, compliance, employment, merger and acquisition, and/or litigation matters. Experience supporting automotive dealerships.
