We are looking to add a Customer Service Representative/Production Specialist to help support the customer with the purchase of those tuners. This includes but is not limited to entering and processing orders, writing tunes, answering customer questions all while ensuring a positive customer experience. More details about the position: * Enter and process orders/tunes correctly and efficiently. * Write custom tunes based on customer information provided, be able to assist customers with loading tunes to device and to vehicle. * Answer customer questions and provide purchasing suggestions when necessary. * Take incoming calls and make outbound calls to existing customers for account updates and follow up information when needed. * Displays professional, courteous demeanor when handling customer calls. Provides prompt, efficient service to all customer inquiries. * Answer customer emails in a timely manner. Be able to provide professional responses. Key Role Requirements are: * 1 year of previous customer service experience preferred but not required * High School diploma or equivalent * Ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with challenging customers * Automotive knowledge a plus Position is located in Malvern, PA.
