Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in automotive purchasing, acquisitions, and appraisals.
- Strong ability to engage with customers effectively, build rapport, and address their needs and concerns professionally.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and articulate demeanor over the phone.
- Ability to persistently pursue leads, maintaining a positive attitude throughout.
- Comfortable using CRM software and productivity tools to manage leads and track progress.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Must be willing to undergo pre-employment compliance requirements: Drug testing, background check, MVR.
Additional Information
** Compensation (Draw / Uncapped Commission):**
- Performance-based earnings range: $50,000 - $80,000+ / per year
* Actual earnings depend on performance. High-performing sales professionals who consistently meet and exceed store and corporate goals often earn well above this range.
