    Job Description

    _ Summary:_
    As a Used Car Sales Associate, you will help customers secure reliable, budget-friendly transportation by offering vehicles that meet essential safety and drivability standards. This role is focused on transparency, customer trust, and guiding buyers toward a dependable option that fits their needs and budget.

    _ Duties and Responsibilities:_

    • Greet customers in a professional, supportive manner and help assess their needs and budget.
    • Present value-line vehicles that meet essential safety requirements and explain their condition with honesty and clarity.
    • Conduct basic feature walk-arounds and accompany customers on test drives as needed.
    • Clearly communicate the one-price, no-haggle sales structure to ensure a straightforward experience.
    • Guide customers through the entire purchase process, from selection, paperwork, and financing.
    • Maintain transparency by reviewing vehicle history and known conditions so customers can make informed decisions.
    • Follow up after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage positive word-of-mouth referrals.
    • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to stay informed on available inventory and vehicle readiness.
    • Participate in training to stay informed on compliance, product knowledge, and best practices.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Prior automotive sales experience required
    • Ability to communicate vehicle information clearly, including basic mechanical conditions.
    • Comfortable working in a transparent, no-negotiation sales process.
    • Positive, solutions-focused approach to helping customers with challenging credit or budget situations.
    • Strong interpersonal, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
    • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
    • Must be authorized to work in the USA.

    Additional Information

    ** Compensation (Draw / Commission):**

    • Performance-based earnings range: $4,000 - $8,000+ / per month * Actual earnings depend on performance. High-performing sales professionals who consistently meet and exceed store and corporate goals often earn well above this range.
