Coordinates photo shoot process for all footwear/apparel/accessories; create timeline, shot list, gather sample product to ensure timely and complete labeling, delivery and return from studio. 2. Approve all images from the studio and assist with alternate shots and missing images. Maintain image directories and archives. 3. Create and manage load checklist for the content team and utilize for copy/pricing approval and cross-referencing of all images when loaded to Scene 7 and CMC. 4. Enter Purchase Orders for web categories, making certain Purchase Orders meet specific deadlines. Responsible for PO maintenance and order tracking, and item definition in Island Pacific. 5. Assists in developing assortment plans, sales forecasts, writing reports and analyzing sales figures. Assists with reviewing and reacting to sales performance and selling reports. 6. Assist with inventory management by monitoring flow of cores styles, managing item models and monthly consolidations.
