How You Will Make a Difference:nbsp;nbsp; * Developing high quality solutions ensuring design and code supports solution sharing across brands in as friction less and performant a manner as possible. * Engineering peer code reviews. * Implementation of new brands/regions on the VF Digital Platform. * Engineer as a member of Agile pod working with multiple VF brands and regions. Develop solutions that are architecturally sound and readily upgradable to new software releases. * Contribute to and maintain engineering guidelines. * Stay current with digital commerce technology holistically with emphasis on platform technologies through conference attendance and/or continuous education. * Contribute technical process improvements to VFs site release strategy. * Contribute to technical complexity reduction. Skills for Success:nbsp;nbsp; Education/Experience: Years of Related Professional Experience: 3+ * Required Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science * Experience in web/Internet technologies including: Java, J2EE, HTML, XML, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, JQuery,Web analytics, CSS, WebSphere, web services (SOAP/RESTFUL), and open source packages/libraries * Experience and knowledge of web frameworks * Training certifications in foundational technologies (WCS, AEM, SOLR, UI, etc.) * Experience with Interactive web development * Experience with responsive web design * Experience with unit testing frameworks/concepts * Exposure to DevOps * Working knowledge of secure development practices.
