Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition * Source and attract candidates for a variety of positions in North America * Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens with the candidates to ensure suitability * Ensure an exceptional candidate experience while proactively moving candidates through the recruiting process * Schedule interviews, making candidate travel arrangements * Prepare and post jobs to appropriate sources * Perform intake meetings with hiring managers to gain an understanding of open positions and educate hiring managers on the talent acquisition process and SLAs * Proactively drive the talent acquisition process with hiring managers to ensure an efficient process, increase candidate retention and reduce time to fill * Make recommendations to hiring managers then prepare and present employment offers * Record and maintain accurate tracking and status of candidate records in the ATS * Ensure an exceptional new hire experience.
