Effectively build relationships across the teams to determine areas to contribute to overall success of the business. 2. Gathers and analyzes relevant data and generates reporting to share out with business partners. 3. Conducts competitive research to understand competitor trends and provide recommendations based on findings. 4. Assist in management of samples, purchase orders, receipt flow, pricing and promotion strategy execution, reports and other ad hoc items. 5. Manage projects and processes as determined by your business leaders. 6. Identify efficiencies and adjust processes and templates to allow for increased productivity. 7. Create and analyze ad hoc reporting as needed to drive business/assortment decisions. 8. Review and evaluate item performance, making recommendations to team on actions that can affect business positively. 9. In partnership with your manager, participate in creating seasonal assortment plans.
