Supply Chain Analyst: Become the Newest Member of the VF Familynbsp;nbsp; In this role, you willnbsp;assess the effectiveness and efficiency of functions within VFs Global Supply Chain and deliver useful insights and action plans for improvement of our brands and enabling processes. This will span management areas such as: * Strategic Planning amp; Demand Forecasting; * Sales and Operations Planning (Samp;OP); * Production Planning amp; Materials Management; * Manufacturing, Sourcing, Distribution, Logistics and Order Management; * Retail Floor Space Management; and Information Systems (e.g., Logility, i2, SAP, NGC, PKMS, etc.). Key Responsibilities * Delivery of high impact reviews of aspects of the business to executive/senior supply chain management. * Rapid absorption of complex subject matter, and delivery of insights; * Assignments conducted around the world (U.S., Asia, Europe, and Latin America). * Frequent interactions required with executive/senior management ranks of VF. Experience / Education / Skills Two to five years of experience preferred in any of the following Supply Chain areas: * Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing, Demand Forecasting, Production Planning, Sourcing or Procurement. * Bachelors degree in either Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred. * Certifications: APICS CSCP or CPIM, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (or expected to obtain within two years of employment). * Strong verbal and written English skills, additional languages a plus. * Proficient skills with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel (i.e. pivot tables, PowerQuery, PowerPivot) and PowerPoint; proficiency in visualization tools, such as Tableau a plus. * Strong project management and analytical skills applied in up-tempo setting. * Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills. * Professional, flexible approach taken in handling multiple priorities. * Strong leadership traits and resourcefulness. * Ability to work well independently and in a team, with limited supervision. * Ability to build relationships and offer compelling ideas/insights to a diverse population of VF associates, including executive/senior management. * Annual travel of approximately 40-45% (not limited to, but mostly major cities such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Buenos Aires, Brussels, Moscow, Istanbul, Bangalore, Stabio, Santiago and Mexico City). * Must be initially located in Greensboro, NC.
