Role Responsibilities: * Provide support to the VCI and AFS Sales Operations Analysts on items such as (25%) * Cost/benefit analysis for special programs (Marketing Program Requests (MPR)) * Implementation and feasibility of sales programs via Service Center Operations * Preparation and analysis of sales reports and the competitive environment using PIN Navigator, Business Objects, Access, Excel, Power Point, etc. * Regular reporting and analysis for Ducati Financial Services (20%) * Sales Program & bulletin development and support for Ducati Financial Services (20%) * Engagement-in or leadership-of special projects (IT or otherwise) to evolve the business to be more operationally efficient and responsive. (10%) * Preparation for monthly Pricing and sales Review meeting. Development of pricing committee support materials for all three FS brands (5%) * Development and execution of private-label sales program activities for VCI and AFS in Puerto Rico (5%) * Responsibility for all aspects of monthly billing process for all three FS brands (5%) * Responsibility for implementation of monthly bonus programs for all three FS brands (5%) Required Education: * Bachelors Degree Required Experience: * 2-3 years experience in an analytical support function * 2-3 years reporting and analysis using MS Office applications * 1-3 years using Business Objects
