We are looking for a front-end developer to join our personalization and experimentation team for the unique opportunity to delve into the world of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML while actively participating in the enhancement and promotion of value-added strategies that drive our team's success. You will play a crucial role in the development of A/B tests and personalization campaigns that have a direct impact on our company's digital presence.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Collaborate with our experienced development team to implement JavaScript, CSS, and HTML solutions that align with project goals.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of A/B tests and personalization campaigns, analyzing results to drive data-driven optimizations.
• Engage in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.
• Learn and apply best practices in web development and optimization techniques to enhance user experience and performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective web solutions.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in front-end development, web design, computer science, or a related field
• Graduation date of May 2025 preferred
• Proficient with front-end technologies such asHTML, CSS,Javascript, and/orJQueryor other programming languages
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Backbone, etc.)
• Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work autonomously or as a strong team participant
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Work Environment:

Remote: open to all candidates regardless of location

The salary range for this opportunity is $18.00-$19.50/hour . Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
