What You'll Do We are currently seeking an Industrial Design or Graphic Design major who will work with the Project Designer to complete Team Sports projects developing new Team Sports products. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. Work with Innovation Team to understand consumer insight and player performance requirements in order to create concept drawings and tech packs for 2021 product lines, specifically for Football and Basketball categories. Collaborate with Innovation Team and assist with research and concepting for future innovation projects to bolster pipeline. What We're Looking For Current or former athlete, especially in Football, Basketball, Volleyball or Soccer, a must. Strong presentation and communication skills. Candidate must have the ability to explain their work and communicate why they reached certain design solutions. Must have the ability to take constructive criticism and generate multiple rounds of concepts based on feedback. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. High level of competency in SolidWorks or a comparable CAD modeling software not required but appreciated.
