This position is a key revenue driver for Zillow Group, with the ultimate task of executing a bold sales strategy and is reflected in a generous compensation plan. * Perform a high volume of regionally based calls and face to face meetings to increase your book of business to new construction partners * Effectively navigate within builder organizations to find and engage decision makers and close sales * Travel in market to meet customers face to face 25-40% of the time or as needed to support region- identify key areas of opportunity within a given city and neighboring cities * Utilize Salesforce.com exclusively to prospect, log activity, and manage your calendar and opportunities * Participate in new construction conferences, association meetings and tradeshows to drive revenue and relationship building * Work with a designated account manager to provide a high level of customer service to your clients Who you are We are seeking ambitious, goal-oriented self-starters to grow and maintain relationships within the builder and new home community marketplace. As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by phone and face to face with customers on one of the fastest growing organizations within Zillow Group. * 3+ years experience in an inside/outside sales metric driven environment * Outstanding people skills, and strong in-person, written and oral communication skills * Strong sales skills, including prospecting, forecasting, pitching, presenting, and closing * Proven track record of achieving measurable goals * Ability to create targeted proposals customized to the specific needs of the client * Contract negotiation experience * Strong organizational and analytic skills * Self-motivated with a strong ability to support and motivate others * Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet deadlines * Technologically savvy * B.S. or B.A. degree Get to know us Zillow Group houses a portfolio of the largest and most vibrant real estate and home-related brands on the web and mobile.
