Financial Analyst II Zonar Systems 16 reviews - Seattle, WA Commission The Financial Analyst will work closely with the Vice President of Accounting & Finance in areas including commission modeling, forecasting, budgeting, sales product and services modeling and ad-hoc analysis. The Financial Analyst will also be expected to interact regularly with department managers across the organization in terms of budget and expense management as well as evaluating projects from a return on investment perspective. The Financial Analyst must have a solid understanding of financial statements and will be expected to analyze and interpret financial results in order to prepare and present reports and analysis in a meaningful format to the Vice President of Accounting & Finance and other members of the Companys management team. Strong interpersonal skills as well as sound verbal and written communication are an important requirement for the position. Key Responsibilities and Duties: * Prepare and track monthly Intercompany allocations * Provide monthly financial reporting package assistance for various cost areas * Provide Continental financial reporting and key metric uploads (Headcount, R&D Spending, IT Costs) * Perform liquidity cash payment, receipts forecasting * Monitor, update and report on company level key performance indicators * Provide Quarterly or as necessary periodic reporting for: leases, sales, capital requests, travel and other specific expenses Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or similar business related field required * 3-5 years experience in related field * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong computer skills particularly with excel, but with other Microsoft Office products * Ability to work toward and achieve scheduled deadlines * Strong computer skills, with an above average knowledge of Microsoft Office products * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred but not necessary * Strong attention to detail ABOUT US Founded in 2001, Zonar has pioneered smart fleet management technology by providing innovative technology that has changed fleet operations in the vocational, pupil and commercial trucking industries.
