** Summary;**
The eSales Agent is responsible for engaging with potential customers who inquire via phone, chat, or online platforms regarding new or pre-owned vehicles. The primary focus of this role is to convert inbound interest into qualified showroom appointments by delivering timely, accurate, and professional responses.
This position plays a key role in creating a strong first impression for the dealership. The eSales Agent is expected to provide a premium customer experience while using CRM and lead management tools to track and follow up with leads. Ongoing training in product knowledge, objection handling, and customer communication is provided.
