DESCRIPTION:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for applying client payments received, recording receipt of client payment and balancing to GL in a timely manner.
Provide best in class customer service to internal and external business partners and customers.
This job will only be for 25/hours a week.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; or equivalent education and experience.
General understanding of accounting concepts and procedures.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize heavy individual workload to meet time sensitive deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated professional with personal presence to interface with corporate decision makers.
Ability to compile, analyze and interpret financial information and data to facilitate decision making.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team with minimal supervision.
Ability to grasp new topics and concepts quickly and transfer knowledge to others on the team when appropriate.
Results driven and takes initiative.
Proficient in MS Excel required; MS Word experience a plus.
PeopleSoft experience preferred.
