DESCRIPTION:

• Primarily responsible for applying client payments and recording client payment detail in the SharePoint site system. Processing client return premiums in our PeopleSoft system.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for applying client payments received, recording receipt of client payment and balancing to GL in a timely manner.

• Provide best in class customer service to internal and external business partners and customers.

• This job will only be for 25/hours a week.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; or equivalent education and experience.

• General understanding of accounting concepts and procedures.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize heavy individual workload to meet time sensitive deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated professional with personal presence to interface with corporate decision makers.

• Ability to compile, analyze and interpret financial information and data to facilitate decision making.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team with minimal supervision.

• Ability to grasp new topics and concepts quickly and transfer knowledge to others on the team when appropriate.

• Results driven and takes initiative.

• Proficient in MS Excel required; MS Word experience a plus.

• PeopleSoft experience preferred.
