Lockton Re is building their People team, looking for a generalist with a recruitment focus to support their growing business. This role will be responsible for a full range of Human Resources activities reporting to the Head of Human Resources with an emphasis on early talent.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and retention.

• Lead entry level and internship recruitment including campus relationships, scheduling, and systems (Taleo)

• Oversee our internship programs and support early career development programs.

• Lead onboarding activities for new associates including I9s and new hire setups.

• Conduct training on HR 101, performance management and coaching.

• Conducts phone interviews, office interviews, and skills testing as needed.

• Assists with establishing and executing interview days as needed.

WHO YOU ARE:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience of successfully working in a Human Resources department with prior experience in recruitment a plus.

• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Intellectually curious, seeking to know the why behind things.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Taleo and Peoplesoft Experience a plus.

• Must be available for travel and work in office on a hybrid schedule.

• Legally able to work in the United States.
