    MISSION

    The Account Analyst is a crucial contributor to the Commercial Insurance Department (CID). They ensure that the commercial insurance programs negotiated on behalf of our clients have been correctly and accurately placed, and that the exchange of premium dollars is managed properly. Their goal is to deliver a consistent, positive customer service experience. They coordinate with clients, markets, and internal teams, and are the first point of contact for client services issues, carrier queries, or billing concerns. Annually, they kick off the renewal cycle and proactively ensure all stakeholders are meeting the prescribed timeline. The Account Analyst is a foundational role where the Associate learns the fundamentals commercial insurance programs and client service. The Account Analyst always adheres to Lockton cultural values, and treats fellow associates, clients, and vendors with dignity and respect.

    JOB OUTCOMES

    • 100% retention of assigned client relationships (i.e. not being removed from a client).
    • Obtain performance pulse feedback of 3.0 or above for teamwork and productivity (indicating that team members consider associate work to be exceptional, and would choose to work with the associate on an ongoing basis).
    • Support account manager and/or account executive in the execution of the pre-determined renewal and marketing strategy.
    • Timely execution of post binding activities
    • Accurate delivery of certificates of insurance and auto-id cards

    KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in a business-related program or equivalent education and/or experience in the insurance industry
    • Ability to compile, analyze exposure and loss data to facilitate insurance marketing
    • Full proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
