    The Lender Review Analyst is a detail-oriented individual, responsible for the professional evaluation of financial statements, yearly reports, profit and loss statements, along with other market data to gain a comprehensive understanding of financial stability. You will communicate potential insurance risk and investor requirements to ensure commercial insurance compliance.

    Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

    • Partner with Technical Services Assistant (TSA), Lender or Borrower’s Broker, and banks to ensure all information is received and accurate
    • Review insurance policy for any “red flag” issues and confirm all coverage, terms, and conditions meet requirements for the respective lender
    • Compose written correspondence providing brief outlines of findings and items needed to finalize the transaction
    • Work with the insurance contract and/or insurance broker to make necessary changes to the insurance program to effectively meet lender specifications
    • Audit property and liability certificates of insurance and closing documents for accuracy and completeness
    • Prepare needed loan reports with required information for approval and decision making
    • Complete invoice for services based upon fee agreements established for specific lender
    • Maintain effective, professional communication with lender and TSA throughout the review process
    • Perform other tasks, as assigned by leadership
  • Qualifications

    The most qualified candidate will possess the following:

    • High school diploma (or GED) required
    • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience within the insurance industry
    • Completion of insurance designations/certifications preferred
    • Broad knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance coverages
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
    • Working knowledge and understanding of insurance agency management systems (Nexsure and ImageRight)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of Associates and/or Clients
    • Self-driven with the ability to work independently
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet sensitive deadlines
    • Desire to learn and willingness to participate in self-study, Lockton class offerings, and on the job training
    • Demonstrate a positive, team player attitude
    • Legally able to work in the United States
